Mike oversees the company's building strategy, finances, public relations, lot acquisition, and realtor relations. Mike started working in the construction field when he was 16, acquiring experience in log homes, building cabinets and furniture, commercial remodels, trim work, and framing. For the past 14 years, his focus has been on building homes. Mike studied Industrial Arts at Berea College and has accumulated 30 years in the construction field. Mike, and his wife, Maria, of 18 years, currently live in St. Marys with their nine children. When not working, you could catch Mike hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.

Dan Riccomini

Vice President Operations/Sales

Dan started at Drippé Homes in 2004, and is currently Vice President of Operations. Dan streamlines and maintains company process — which encompasses sales, product development and selections, team management, and working on ongoing client relations.

Dan graduated from IC Academy and started working in maintenance and remodeling. He then moved on to residential construction managing trim, framing and roofing crews. In addition to his construction background, Dan also carries a background in finance.

Dan currently lives in St. Marys with his wife, Theresa, and their ten children.

Dan finds relaxation in fishing, and spending time with his family at the lake.

Ryan Hargitt

Lead Project Manager

Ryan is our Lead Project Manager, in addition to his own projects. He oversees fellow project managers' day to day operations, and scheduling of subcontractors. His top priority is to provide the best service possible to clients by making sure they are taken care of throughout every step of the process.

Ryan graduated Cum Laude from McPherson College in 2001, and worked in construction/cabinetry from 2002-2007. Ryan relocated to Wamego in 2007 where he worked as a finish carpenter until 2014, the year he started working for Drippé Homes.

Ryan and his wife, Cristina, currently live in Wamego and have one daughter and one son. When not focused on the future of Drippé Homes, Ryan enjoys coaching his daughter's sports teams and is an active member of the local school board. In between all of that, he finds time to squeeze in a little bird hunting.
