Mike guides the company’s comprehensive building strategy, financial management, public relations, lot acquisition, and realtor partnerships. A natural leader, Mike is deeply committed to leading his team and constantly seeks innovative ways to streamline operations and enhance processes. With a passion for construction that began at the age of 16, Mike brings many years of experience in homebuilding and has developed strong, lasting relationships within the industry. His dedication to both quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction has been a cornerstone of the company’s success.

Nichol Gallegos

CFO

Nichol is a vital part of our daily operations. She created and maintains the company's operating system and handles accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, closing home sales, and much more. Nichol works to ensure every project is financially sound, delivering value to our clients and stakeholders alike.

Ryan Hargitt

General Manager

Ryan oversees our team of project managers, their day-to-day operations, scheduling of subcontractors, and our warranty department. He is a dedicated team member, with a great skillset and leads our pool installation process as well. His top priority is to provide the best service possible to clients throughout every step of the process.

Chris enjoys forming relationships with customers and helping them bring the idea of their perfect home to reality. He leads custom home clients throughout the sales process beginning to end. Prior to joining Drippé Homes, he was a sought-after custom cabinet designer and sales manager.

Dan Riccomini

Sales Manager

Dan brings many years of experience in the home construction industry to his role as Sales Manager. Dan is passionate about building custom homes and guiding clients through the process. Leveraging his background, he excels at collaborating with homeowners to navigate insurance claims, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience from start to finish.

Jeremy Bowman

Sales Manager

Jeremy works one-on-one with clients through plan development, design and estimation, and through closing of the home, ensuring their custom home is perfect for their lifestyle. His years of experience and expertise are sure to benefit every client he works with.

Lead Project Manager

Gabe grew up working for his uncle doing floor installations and trim carpentry. He now leads our project management team and has helped to install effective and efficient processes for our subs and clients. He enjoys working closely with clients, contractors, and our team members to bring each home to life with precision and care.

Chad Farr

Project & Sales Manager

Chad comes to Drippé after 20 years in the HVAC industry, and with more than 10 years experience as a subcontractor and business owner himself. He feels right at home working with Drippé, especially when working with our clients. His industry skillset, critical thinking mindset, and family values allow him to be successful in his role.

Clayton Slavens

Project Manager

Clayton joined the Drippé Team in December of 2021. He enjoys interacting with his clients to make their plans turn three dimensional. Clayton has been in the construction industry since 2016 and before joining us he was a Project Manager for a commercial construction company out of Texas. Fun fact about Clayton is that he loves to hunt and fish.

Vince Riccomini

Project Manager

Vince has been involved in the construction industry for the majority of his career. Before Drippé Homes, he was working for his uncle's company as a flooring installer for 25 years. Vince enjoys working with our subcontractors, and to see our homes cross the finish line.

Alison Slifer

Alison Slifer

Architectural Designer

Alison received her Bachelors of Interior Architecture from KSU’s College of Architecture and has over 25 years of drafting experience. She began her career as an architectural designer working with a variety of firms, and for many years has been a freelance designer with a focus on custom homes.  Alison loves working with our clients to design a custom home to best suit their needs and enjoys designing new spec homes that provide quality design for today’s lifestyles at fair prices, in competitive markets.

Renee Harrison

Estimation Admin

Renee brings her talented skillset to manage our estimation department. She works closely with our sales team and subcontractors to accurately ensure pricing for our homes. She loves being a part of the Drippé team and meeting our subs. She is a creative by nature and loves to decorate, shop, and bake.

Kaitlyn manages a variety of financial and operational tasks that keep our office running smoothly. She ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Andrea received her Marketing degree from Kansas State University in 2020, and her Master's degree in Business from UNL in 2021. She enjoys all things marketing, especially content creation. A fun fact about her is she is an identical twin.

Warranty Manager

Steve brings his uniquely diverse background to supply support wherever it is needed. In addition to serving in the Marine Corps for 13 years, he has acquired several degrees. With his attention to detail, Steve helps each customer across the finish line of home ownership and takes care of our clients through our 1 Year Builder Warranty.
