We are very happy with Drippé Homes. They were the only company that actually took us to other homes they built to look for ideas and quality. This was our first home build so we had a lot of questions. What stood out the most for us was how quickly Dan Riccomini picked up on the style of home we were wanting. He listened to our ideas and gave us advice on ways to make our dreams reality. We wanted to do some tweaking on the floor plans they showed us, and how easy they made it happen. The other is how well they kept us within budget and informed when issues came up. And lastly have to say all of the Drippé team and subcontractors are great to work with from roofing to flooring and everything in between. Working with the Drippé team that built our house mainly Zack Gallegos and Rick McCann. They guided us through the whole process and had us in our house in a timely manner. They responded quickly to any question or suggestions we had. We are very pleased with the outcome of our house. Would highly recommend the Zack and Rick Drippé team for building a new home!

We chose Drippé to build our house after observing the work and professionalism that our daughter & son-in-law received while Drippé built their house. Our project manager was Dan R. and he responded to questions and calls in a very timely manner, always keeping us informed throughout the entire process. We’ve been in our house for 5 years now, still love it, and know that if any questions were to arise, Drippé would be there to advise and assist us in any way possible.

I was very happy with Drippé homes. I’m a single guy who had no idea about design, paint, colors, style, etc., but Drippé had all the services and the right people to work with me to build the house that I enjoy. They spent time with me at the carpet, tile and flooring shop, and the garage door and stonework shop. They asked me the right questions to understand me personally, and gave me the final decision on everything. They stayed within budget and made any of the last minute changes I came up with. If I ever build again I’ll go with Drippé homes!

Building our home with Drippé Homes was a fantastic experience! the people involved all throughout the process were amazing. They answered all our questions, coached us through the steps and in six months we had our dream home, completed as we wanted, and at the price point and budget we agreed upon. The Drippé crew stayed on top of our build, paying attention to where we were at in the process, making sure things were ordered when they needed to be, while clear to the end making us feel like ours was the only home they were building. Drippé Homes built our home two years ago. We were planning to retire in April 2019, and working with them long distance from Colorado for the entire design and construction. They gave us an existing floor plan and then work with us on the tweaks we wanted. We timed several visits back to Kansas to make time-sensitive decisions, but much of it had to be done via phone and email with Dan Riccomini and Zach Gallegos. They were great to work with and we are very happy with our house. Our home was done several weeks ahead of schedule. An added bonus has been that we only had two minor warranty issues during our first year. We are very happy to recommend Drippé Homes.

Mike Drippé constructed our handicap accessible home to meet VA specifications (which are arduous) when other builders would not. Knowing that my husband had limited time to live, he made sure we were in our home so John could enjoy it. Service after the sale has made my life easier and I am blessed to have the team of superb subcontractors in my life. Quality and pride and workmanship makes a Drippé home stand above.
