Our Process

Reach out through our contact form, give us a call, or visit our office. We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand your vision, budget, timeline, and location preferences for your new dream home.

You will meet with your Sales Manager to discuss your lifestyle, must-haves, and any inspiration you’ve gathered. We’ll discuss our build processes, design ideas, estimated budgets, and answer any questions you have.

We’ll visit your lot, or help you find one, to assess zoning, access, utility set-up, and any site-specific challenges. This step ensures we can build your home safely and efficiently.

Our design team creates a custom concept plan based on your vision and feedback, or take one of our own in-house plans to modify to your needs. You’ll receive a preliminary floor plan, a timeline, and a ballpark cost estimate.

Once you’re happy with the direction of your floor plans, we’ll get a feel for your personal design preference via a survey and in-person meeting with one of our interior designers. This allows us to produce detailed construction documents, finalize materials and finishes, and prepare for permitting and pricing.

With the final design, pricing approved, and contract signed, we’ll walk you through the construction documents, set a schedule, and introduce your dedicated Project Manager.

Our skilled team gets to work while you receive regular updates and milestone walkthroughs. We handle all of the permits, inspections, and coordination with subcontractors.

Before you move in, we’ll do a full walkthrough together. Any final touch-ups are taken care of.
We hand over the keys to your new home for you to enjoy for generations to come.
